OVERVIEW

Lock Out and Tag Out is a part of the energy control program to avoid accidental release of energy during tie-ups with existing systems and maintenance activities. Ref. QCS 2014 Section 10 & 11, Lusail CSMP LOTO, QP LOTO Procedures etc.
