Our Hot Work and Welding Safety course is designed for workers involved in hot work activities, such as the welder, and they must be aware of all the hazards and be competent to ensure safety to all due to the high risk involved. This course is taught by highly experienced instructors & the trainees will learn:
- Hot Work activity requirements and safe practices,
- Fire watch requirements and duties,
- Safe use of welding, gas-cutting, and grinding equipment
- Required PPE
OBJECTIVES
- During the course, participants will gain an understanding of the legislative, and company requirements, recognize hazards, and safe working codes of practices.
PREREQUISITES
The candidate shall be physically able to carry out procedures detailed in the course outline and must attend all the sessions to be eligible for assessment.

Method of Training ;
- Theory session: Will be conducted in the classroom using a Laptop, Projector, Screen, Whiteboard, and other relevant props.

ASSESSMENT
- Upon completion of the training participants will be certified with a ‘Hot Work and Welding Safety’ ID card as per the standards set. Participants must pass a graded final exam with a score of 70% or better.
